We are now looking for 1 employee for the above assignment. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires great personal commitment. Since the basic need is a smaller employment, it fits well in combination with studies or other employment.

You will be the customer's face to the outside and receive visitors, handle mail, answer the phone, make orders, and perform other tasks that are commonly found within lost and found.

We work flexibly and the tasks can be varied. It is therefore important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious and see it as a natural task to try to help all travelers.

Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Receiving and documenting found items
• Matching incoming inquiries with registered items
• Contacting owners when items are identified
• Assisting customers via phone, email, and at the desk
• Administering tasks in registers and systems
• Ensuring that routines and guidelines are followed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Express yourself well in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of switchboard operation is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Office package with a focus on Excel and Word

Employment form and working hours:

The position is a part-time employment where you have a shift of 4 hours every other Saturday. There may be more during the summer and in case of extra needs.
